Mineralize Skinfinishes (MSFs) are of the most popular MAC products. There are two in the permanent line (Soft and Gentle, Gold Deposit), but limited editions ones come out frequently in collections.
Lightscapade MSF is being re-promoted so often, like in the upcoming collection of MAC’s collaboration with Paramore’s Hayley Williams, which will be sold exclusively online (only on the US and the UK site, as far as I know), from April 9th. I don’t think it will take too long, though, for MAC to re-promote Lightscapade MSF in another collection again, soon.
Lightscapade is a beige highlighter, with very fine subtle shimmer that gives sheen to the skin. Even in the direct sunlight it looks like a nice sheen, not frosted or metallic at all. It is quite sheer and you will probably need a dense brush to create the effect you want. But being sheer makes it more universal, even for much darker skintones.
Lightscapade is very versatile, since it can be used on the face, the body or on the lids as an eyeshadow (like most MSFs). It does not emphasize on pores or other skin imperfections, yet it is not very long-wearing. It fades out after a few hours.
MAC MSF Lightscapade comes with 10 g (0.35 us oz) of product.
